| RECIPE FOR LOADED OATMEAL COOKIES |

Instructions:
Loaded Oatmeal Cookies1 cup soft butter (2 sticks)
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup chopped dates
1/2-3/4 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts Mix butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well. Combine next four ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Stir in next four ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
