Traditional Sponge Cake Recipe
This is one of the most important recipe that I have for you. And the easiest. It’s a old one, but is a basic. Everybody knows the sponge cake. Sweet bread that you can eat it with almost anything. You need to know how to make a sponge cake; someday you’ll want to male a perfect cake, and for that, you have to know how to make a perfect dough. After that, fill it with your favourite cream, and be proud :).
I’m sure that everybody can do a sponge cake. Let’s see the traditional sponge cake recipe (is the easiest, that’s for sure).
The most important recipes, are simple and easy to do. Separate the whites and yolks of the eggs. Beat the yolks to a cream and add the sugar beating again for 5 min. Now add 2 tbs of milk and a part of beaten whites, stirring slowly.
Add the flour in which you have sifted the baking soda and the salt.
Add the remainder of the whites of the eggs stirring slowly and lightly only enough to mix them well. Fill the tin 2/3 and bake for 20 min.
