White Chocolate Cookies Recipe

White Chocolate Cookies are just perfect. Easy to make, sweet and delicious. Imagine some cookies that melt in your mouth, sprinkled with white chocolate and crunchy nuts. Try them once and you’ll just love this white chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

  • 200 butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • a pinch of baking soda
  • 100 g white chocolate choped
  • 100 g nuts choped

Method

Step 01

Make a clasic shortbread dough. Add the choped chocolate and choped nuts.Mix well.You will get a soft dough that shoudl easily drop from the tip of the spoon. Whit the tip of the spoon put a small amount of  white chocolate cookies dough on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 min. This white chocolate  cookies are perfect with a good cup of tea.
