Yes, crepes recipes are one of the most versatil of all quick & easy ideas meals. They can be your breakfast, your snack, your dessert or your dinner.
With this Caramel Bananas Crepes was love at first bite; a hot one, I have to admint. In a cold winter evening I decided to make a hot caramel sauce, with butter and nuts; and to top with it the crepes filled with bananas. Just perfect!
In a large bowl mix the eggs with the flour and the milk. Then add gently the rest of the ingredients stirring continuous. Grase a pan, and pour the batter into it. With a circular motion, tilt the pan so that the batter coats all the surface. Cook the crepe for 1 min on each side.
For the caramel sauce melt the sugar until it have a nice brown colour, then add the butter and the cream. Cook for 1-2 min, stirring to combine.
Now, you’ll make the real caramel banana crepes. On each crepe put 3-4 banana slices and roll over. Cut each crepes in 3 and set it on a grased bowl.Bake for 7 min. Top the banana crepes with the hot caramel sauce and nuts.
