Bring water to boil and add a pinch of salt. Gradually add the polenta, stirring constantly. It’s very important: don’t add the polenta too quickly, and stir constantly. Add the butter and stir until it’s melt. Also you can add parmesan or danish white cheese, if you like
In a lightly oil pan cook the mushrooms for 5 min, add salt and pepper and stir well. Crush 3 garlic cloves and stir with 2 teaspoons of olive oil until become a cream.Add the garlic sauce to the mushrooms and stir well.Set aside for 10 min. On a big dish set polenta, top with sour cream than add the mushrooms mix. Simple and delicious.
