Crumble Peach Pie Recipe

It’s peaches time!!!! Fresh, juicy, flavoured, you can use them for so many delicious desserts ( the crumble peach pie is one of them). I love to cook with peaches because I can use them from cooling summer desserts, to hot traditional pie, from a light salad with prosciutto & peaches  to the classic  grandma’s jam.

And because yesterday I went to the market and it was full of fresh organic peaches, I made one of my mom’s favourite peach pie: crumble  peach pie. She love quick & easy pies, so of course she love this peaches pie, with a flufy dough, fresh peaches filled with caramel & cinnamon and topped with a crumbly biscuits layer.

Even is not the traditional crumble peach pie, you must try this recipe, at least once in this summer.


  • 10 big peaches
  • 100 g biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 250 sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • a pinch of baking soda


Step 01

For a crumble  dough, smash the biscuits and lay them on the bottom of a tin. Cut the fresh  peaches in half, remove the pits and put them over the biscuits. Fill each half peach with sugar and sprinkled cinnamom.

Step 02

For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar, add the milk and oil, then the flour mixed with a pinch of baking soda. Add the dough over the peaches and bake for 30 min. When it’s baked,  turn it up side down and sprinkle with caster sugar.
