This isn’t a classic pecans pie recipe, but is delicious. This glazed pecans pie recipe is for those who love pecans, chocolate and caramel. Imagine this: pecan nuts, caramel, white chocolate and dark chocolate. All of this on the same pie: glazed pecans pie. Enjoy
Whisk egg whites with 300 g sugar until stiff. Add the pecan nuts and stir easily, from down to top. Bit by bit add the flour and stir from each addition.Bake for 30 min.
Place white chocolate in a bowl and pour boiling milk over it, stirring until smooth. Do the same for the dark chocolate.
Add 12 tbls of sugar in a pan and cook it till it melts. When the sugar reached a deep brown colour, take aside. Soften the butter to room temperature. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Fold the butter mix over the caramel, then add the pecan nuts.
When the layer is cool, glaze it with white chocolate melted.Set aside and let it cool.Add the caramel filling then set aside and let it cool. Top with melted dark chocolate.Step 09[/]
