For dough mix the flour with butter, then add the water bit by bit. Let it in fridge for 30 min.
While your dough is in fridge, you can prepare the filling. Slice the sausages on 1 cm rolls and the potatoes on 3-4 cm rolls. Mix the cream with eggs, salt, pepper and a pinch of mace.
Roll over your dough, put it on a tart tin and bake for 10 min. Sprinkle the cheese on dough then roll over the cream mix. Bake again for 20 min.
While you bake the quiche, roast the potato sausage rolls on both sides. Top the quiche with the roasted potatoes sausage rolls and bake for 10 min.
