For this New Year’s Eve I decided to make Sauerkraut Cabbage Roll. This delicous roll that can be appetizer if you want to serve it cold, or a amazing main dish if you like to serve it hot. Impress your guests with this traditional recipe, in a new form.
In a pan roast the chopped bacon. Grate potatoes, drain them, then in a large bowl mix them with eggs, bread crumbs, flour, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Lay the mix on a grased griddle pan, and bake it for 20-25 min.
Mix the chopped sauerkraut cabbage with the parsley and spread it on the potatoes layer.
Roll over carrefuly the layer, and you’ll have a delicious sauerkraut cabbage roll.
You can serve it hot, with sour cream or cold.
