White Chocolate Cream Mini Cakes
Don’t you love cherry? Cherry cakes, cherry pie, cherry icecream, cherry tea, cherry cream, cherry pancakes……….All with these small flavoured fruits. And for today I want to present you a white chocolate cream mini cakes. With cherry filling, of course. They are perfect dessert for a picnic in a lovely day spring.
You can also make this mini cakes with dark chocolate, they are same delicious like those with white chocolate cream.
Ingredients
For dough
6 egg whites
3 yolks
75 ml oil
120 g flour
180 g sugar
2 tbls of cocoa
For white chocolate cream
350 ml cream
150 g sugar
200 g white chocolate
300 g cherry

Step 01
For dough beat well the white eggs with sugar, then add the yolks mixed with oil.
Step 02
Mix the flour with cocoa and add it over the beaten eggs.
Step 03
Bake for 20 min.
Step 04
For the white chocolate cream, in a small pan melt the butter mixed with sugar. Add the white chocolate, and stir until is melted. Set aside and let it cold.
Step 05
On each mini cake, put a tbls of white chocolate cream, add the cerry, then top with another tbls of cream. You’ll have some gorgeous and delicious white chocolate cream mini cakes with a fresh cherry flavour.
