This  little Christmas Nuts Stars are in my top 3 Christmas cookies. With one of my favoutites combinations, nuts & coffee, topped with meringue, crumbly, these cookies will be your family favourites Christmas cookies  too.

Try them with a cup of hot chocolate, milk or mulled wine.

Always use roasted nuts. Ten minutes in oven (180 C) will bring out the natural oils and aromas of the nuts you want to use for your recipes.
