Easy Meringue Cookies Recipe

So, let’s see what we have: it’s december, it’s cold (very cold), and here is the first snow for this winter. And when we have all of this, what is missing?! A good cup of hot tea, or wine :) , a warm blancket and fluffy socks and some hot cookies. And because is winter and cold, here is a easy meringue cookies recipe, especialy for you. I’m sure everyone loves shortbread, meringue and nuts. And big  jam jars :) . Let’s see how we done this meringue cookies….

For dough:

 2 eggs4 tbls of milk3 tbls honey250 g sugar60 g butter1 tea spoon baking sodaflour


10 nuts

1 jar jam

3 egg whites
2 tbls of sugar

Step 01

Mix well all the ingredients than char them until are golden brown.

Take aside and add bit by bit enough flour to make a soft dough.

Step 02

Sprinkle board with flour, and knead the dough with a litlle bit of flour .

Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into rounds or what shape you like.

Step 03

 Place the cookies on the baking sheets then put on each cookie a little bit of jam.

Step 04

Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar  until stiff.


Step 05

Over the jam put a teaspoon of  whiped egg whites and top with a half of a nut.

 Bake for 10 to  15 min (until they are golden).
